A status page your customers check, instead of a support ticket.

Every plan ships a public status page with real uptime history, so "is it just me?" has an answer that doesn't route through your inbox.

Why it matters

Public status page

Without a status page, every outage generates the same support ticket, the same Slack message from a customer, the same "is this down for anyone else?" post. A status page absorbs that traffic and makes you look like you're on top of it — because you are. Multiply that first ticket by however many customers hit the same error at the same time, and a ten-minute outage can generate an hour of identical support conversations, each one needing a human to type roughly the same reassurance. A status page answers the question before it's asked: a customer who's unsure whether it's just them can check one page instead of opening a ticket, and the ones who already opened a ticket can be pointed at it instead of getting a one-off reply. It's the cheapest trust-building tool a team with any kind of outage history can have. It's the same logic behind a restaurant posting its hours on the door instead of making every visitor call to ask. Customers notice the difference between a company that communicates proactively and one that has to be chased for answers, and it shapes how much they trust you afterward.

01

90 days of real history

Not a static "all systems operational" badge — actual uptime data your customers can check for themselves. That real history is what makes the page credible in the first place; a badge that only ever says everything's fine doesn't build any trust the first time it turns out not to be true. It's the kind of transparency that's easy to promise and, without real data behind it, easy to fake. It's designed to hold up to scrutiny, not just look reassuring at a glance.

02

Yours, not ours

Remove UptimeLuna branding from Starter up; Team can upload a custom logo next to the page title. On Free, the default "Powered by UptimeLuna" badge is small and unobtrusive, but once a status page is something you're actively pointing customers to, most teams find it's worth making it look fully like part of their own product. Most teams find the branding starts to matter more the moment the page becomes something customers are actually told to check. Either way, nothing about the underlying uptime data changes — only how it's presented.

03

Zero extra setup

Included on every tier from day one — no separate product, plugin or integration to buy. There's no status-page vendor to sign up for separately, no embed code to wire into a different platform, and no second bill to justify — it's already there the moment you register your first monitor. It's ready to use from the very first monitor you create, with nothing extra to provision. There's no waiting period or setup call required to start using it.

FAQ

Public status page, answered.

Can I remove the UptimeLuna branding?

Yes — the default "Powered by UptimeLuna" badge toggles off entirely from Starter tier up, and Team can add a custom logo next to the page title. On Free, the badge stays on but stays small and unobtrusive, which is still a fair trade for a fully-featured status page at no cost. Either way, the page itself and its 90 days of history work identically underneath. The underlying uptime data and incident history work exactly the same either way.

How much history does the status page show?

90 days of real uptime history is included on every tier — not a static "all systems operational" badge with no data behind it. That's enough for a customer to actually judge your reliability for themselves, rather than taking your word for it on a page that only ever shows green. It's the kind of detail that turns a vague reassurance into something a customer can actually verify. It's real enough that a skeptical customer could go check it themselves and find nothing to dispute.

Do I need a separate account or setup to get a status page?

No — a public status page comes with the organization the moment you sign up; there's no separate product to enable, no extra account to create, and no additional integration step. It's already live at its own URL, ready to point customers to whenever you need it. Find it under your organization's settings, already generated and ready to share. It's one of the first things worth sharing with customers once you're set up.
